LIMITED WARRANTY

The following limited guarantee is included with your purchase and supersedes all other express warranties. Pro Products Group Pty Ltd. ("PPG") warrants each new PPG bicycle frame and original components against manufacturing defects for two years following the date of original purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, including the exclusions and other additional terms below. Manufacturing defects are defined as flaws in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery. PPG will replace a faulty frame or component with the same or the closest then-available item for valid warranty claims made during the warranty period. The only available remedy for a breach of this limited warranty is such replacement. This limited guarantee is only valid for the bicycle's initial buyers, is not transferrable, and only covers direct online sales or purchases through an authorised PPG dealer. Claims under this warranty must be submitted directly to a PPG-authorized dealer or online using the link below. A copy of the original, dated purchase receipt must be included with any bicycles for which a warranty claim is filed when they are sent back for examination at the customer's expense.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND OTHER TERMS;
BATTERY CAPACITY

The aforementioned limited warranty does not apply to problems or claims brought forth by (i) ordinary wear and tear, (ii) improper assembly, disassembly, or maintenance, (iii) failure to maintain the bicycle or failure to heed instructions or warnings in the owner's manual, (iv) post-sale installation of parts or accessories, or (v) damage or failure brought on by accident, misuse, or abuse (which includes exposing the bicycle and/or battery to extreme temperatures or This warranty is null and void if the bicycle is modified. This warranty does not cover labour or shipping expenses incurred in connection with a warranty claim. When you rent, sell, or give the bicycle away, this warranty expires. The battery's capacity to charge is reduced within the guarantee term by 80% or more, which is not covered by the limited warranty and does not qualify as a valid warranty claim.
