Return Policy

REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your new e-bike you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery and then simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price*.

Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE*

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return your item within 30 days, and we will refund you in full as long as you have notified us in writing by emailing support@shelbyebikes.com within 30 days and then complete the following refund request application. 

To start a return please do the following:

  1. Email us at support@shelbyebikes.com within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  2. complete a refund request
  3. Return your e-bike undamaged in the original packing within 30 days to the nominated address we provide once your refund request has been processed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure you request a return authorization using the above link from us before sending; otherwise, we will be unable to process your return. You can always contact us for any return questions you may have at support@shlebyebikes.com

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

As soon as you receive your product delivery, please inspect your order to ensure it is what you ordered, it has not been damaged in transit, and it operates properly. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@shelbyebikes.com

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds from your bank or credit card can take some time to process so please be patient and contact your bank if you have extended delays.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
